Ozone Measuring Devices in Air

OS-4 model ozone control devices are air controlled devices that can enter 2 different set values. The first set state allows us to enter the lower and upper values of the ozone concentration we want to be in the environment. The second set status ensures that the value that can threaten human health is adjusted and switched to an alarm state at this value. Os-4 Model ozone control device is digital and its controls are done analogously. The device is calibrated at the factory and calibrated automatically.

External Hardware Outputs

OS-4 model controllers have terminals and potentiometers hidden inside the unit for external outputs. These ;

  • Safety Limit Set Point: Internal relay control connected to TB2. Contact output 5 A 220 Volts
  • Ozone Generator Control: NA1 and NK internal relay controlled connected to TB1. Contact outputs 5A 220 Volt. For this transition, high limit and low limit value are entered. When the device reaches the low limit value, it allows the ozone generator to operate and in this process, the red light remains on continuously and when it reaches the set upper limit, the ozone generator stops operating and the red light goes out.
  • RS-232 Data output
  • Analog Outputs: 0-2 terminals on GND and TB3. Used for small data drives.
  • Analog Outputs (4-20 mA): On GND and TB3. PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is the control output.
